During the recent Highland Games one of the highlights of our tent, was our Social chair, Amy Croshaw’s Pimms Punch. Not including our board, we caught a few attendees coming back for more!! Pimms is now only available in one version, and can be found at the larger liquor stores. I have made this as a punch for events, and it is always popular, Hope you enjoy Amy’s version!
Instructions
- Mix together in large pitcher 1 part Pimms with 3 parts Ginger Ale.
- Add to each glass 1 slice of lemon, 2 slices of strawberry, 1 slice of halved cucumber and 1 sprig of mint.
- Add a little ice to each glass and top up with Pimms mixture.
- Enjoy, but be careful – it can catch up with you!!
