Title: Cranberry Bread Pudding
Description: I featured an old favourite dish to pass at the Polo games Brit Club get-together on March 20th, and had a couple of requests for the recipe. So, although it isn’t really a British recipe, thought I would feature it.
Serves: 6-8
Ingredients:
1 regular loaf of raisin bread with cinnamon 3 cups heavy whipping cream 1 cup cranberry sauce finely grated peel of 1 orange 3 beaten eggs 1/4 cup sugar, brown or white 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

1. Break up the bread into small pieces, place in large bowl, and pour the cream over.

2. Let sit for about an hour.

3. Mix all the remaining ingredients, add to soaked bread mixture and mix well.

4. Lightly grease an ovenproof dish, and place mixture in it.

5. Bake at 350 F for 1 to 1 1/2 half hours, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
